Return and Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, Nature’s Sweetness will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.
• Damaged / Incorrect product Product
Nature’s Sweetness needs to be notified of damaged product within 3 days from delivery date via email to support@naturessweetness.in . Please share the order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product in the email. We will be unable to accept a refund request, but , We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution. Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
P.S if Multiple item Delivered, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
• Missing product
Nature’s Sweetness needs to be notified of missing product within 5 days from delivery date via email to support@naturessweetness.in. Please share the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received in the email. We will be unable to accept a refund request, but, We will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product. Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
***All the Replace(s) will be issued only after we received all the required documents from the customer and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our eligibility criteria.
Cancellation Policy
At Nature’s Sweetness, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order. Please carefully review our cancellation policy outlined below:
Order Cancellation : You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. After this time period, the cancellation request may not be accepted.
Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team through support@naturessweetness.in , providing your order details, including the order number, and request cancellation.
Refund Policy: If your order is eligible for cancellation within the specified time frame, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be equal to the total amount paid for the canceled item(s), including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Please note that it may take 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Cancellable Items: Certain items may be non-cancellable due to their nature or customization. These items include but are not limited to personalized products, made-to-order items, and perishable goods.
Cancellation after Shipment: If your order has already been shipped before the cancellation request, we won’t be able to cancel it. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for further details.
Changes to Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update our cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates.
